Category A: select your registration options.
Category B: select the number of Banquet tickets you’d like.
Category C: if you want to stay on campus, select one of the on-campus housing options. Don’t forget to make your roommate preferences known. These include parking.
Category D: if you’re not in on-campus housing, but will need to park a car on campus. There will be a free shuttle bus service between the conference hotel and Occidental’s campus during the conference.
Category E: select any pre-conference (Wednesday, June 14) events you’d like to attend.
Category F: if you’re likely to attend the official conference welcome reception on the evening of Wednesday, June 14 help us plan by selecting a free ticket.
Category G: if you want to reserve space in the Book Exhibit space for a “Meet & Greet the Author” event. Make sure you also select your prefered date/time.
Attendees are expected to register by Sunday, April 30, 2017. For inclusion on the final program, at least one author from each submission must be registered as an attendee. Attendees must be members of AFHVS or ASFS at the time of the conference. Requests for refunds, less a $75 processing fee, can be made until May 14, 2017. Absolutely no refunds will be processed after that date.
